ISO 9001 QUALITY
The production standard required by the client made it necessary to develop a management system that encompasses all production stages. Already since 1998, ELEN has been certified according to ISO 9001 and has been working for the continuous improvement of its production process.
ENVIRONMENTAL ISO 14001
The continuous effort to decrease environmental impact has led to the need to systematically manage all waste production, storage and disposal processes.
ECM
(ENTITY IN CHARGE OF MAINTENANCE)
Since 2004, the European Community has established a supervisory body for performing maintenance on vehicles that can operate in TRAIN COMPOSITION (European Railway Agency ERA). Therefore, a certificate such as ECM (Entity in Charge of Maintenance) issued by a VIS is required to perform maintenance.
ELEN has possessed ECM certification since 2013 and has been constantly cooperating with the most important Italian and foreign RAILWAY ENTERPRISES since that date.
